 CITA was founded in 2016 to help fill the gap in IT and technology skills and knowledge within the UK charity sector. Most charities using our services have no internal resources dedicated to IT (staff or volunteers) and often little experience making technology decisions.

CITA works by matching charities with highly qualified volunteers to offer independent advice and hands-on help. We provide the platform for charities and volunteers to connect, it’s our volunteers who make the difference.
