Mentoring with CITA
CITA has to developed a mentoring programme with the UK Armed Forces. The partnership is known as the Odyssey Scheme and gives serving members of The Royal Signals the chance to work alongside an experienced CITA mentor delivering a real world project for a charity befitting not just the charity but helping a member of our armed forces develop their network, experience and skills.
